Payment terms

Starter is paid up front for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Premium and Elite are paid up front for 1 or 2 years. A one-time setup fee goes on the first invoice, and the longer the term, the less you pay per month. We do not keep your card and nothing renews by itself.

Questions owners ask

Do I pay anything on cash?
No. We only charge on money that moves through Rafiky. Cash and your own bank machine cost you nothing.
Can I pay month by month?
Yes. Starter can be bought for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Premium and Elite are sold for 1 or 2 years, and two years costs less per month.
Can I cancel?
Plans are prepaid for a fixed term, so there is nothing to cancel mid-term and no card on file. When the term ends, you decide.
Do you take a card from me?
No. No stored cards, no automatic renewal, no failed-payment chasing.
What is the setup fee for?
It covers the work we do before you can trade: loading your list, setting the system up for your place, registering you for e-receipts and training your staff. One time only.
Does it work if the internet goes down?
Yes. A program runs on your own computer alongside the browser version, so you keep trading.
Do you handle e-receipts for tax?
Yes. Each plan includes a monthly number of e-receipts; above that they are EGP 0.15 each.
How many products can I load?
500 on Starter, 5,000 on Premium, and no limit on Elite.
Does it do barcodes and stock counts?
Yes, on every plan.
Can I track purchase orders from suppliers?
Yes, on Premium and Elite.
